With all due respect I'm afraid these words miss the point of the very 
foundation of America. We are not addressing the inside workings of a 
patriarchal corporation but the accountability inherent in being a member of 
"We, the people."

Here I must side with Ken, our Constitution flatly states that "we" are the 
ones accountable. That there are many who betray that, who have sold out? 
Yup! That doesn't change the basics of the original system aim. We came into 
existence precisely to toss out a "system" whose aim was the glorification of 
"Top Management." Maybe it is time to start over.
