Deming Electronic Network Web Site
The DEN web site and companion discussion list were created in 1994 as a focal point for sharing resources, discussions, learning, and research on the Deming Philosophy. We currently have more than 1,000 papers, essays, files, and programs; as well as more than 1 million archived discussion list messages freely accessible in this web site.
If you are a first time visitor, the site map will provide an overview of the resources located on the DEN web pages and discussion list. The site map uses text-based links in the event you do not have a Java-capable browser, which is required to use the URL Dropper navigation menu option.
Following the Deming Philosophy and PDSA, this site is being constantly improved based on the feedback from you, our customers. If there is something that you need, but cannot find it here; or you have questions or suggestions, please contact me.
